Chief Executive Officer
Arivagara Pavithran is the founder of Maxwell Cfm International Sdn Bhd and a FM Consultant. He began his career in Business Development in the year 2000 and progressed into Facility Management later. Today, he is an international figure known to champion Facility Management’s potential in organizational development and sustainability and has been involved in the development of ISO 41001:2018 – Facility Management – Management System Standard since the early stage. Besides a Consultant for ISO41001:2018-FM-MSS, his expertise are in the area of Risk Assessment within Facility Management, Business Continuity Planning, FM Contract Management and Strategic Management for FM.
In 2017, Pavi was appointed as an Ambassador to Malaysia for the European Facility Management Network (EuroFM), an organization where it’s members are FM Associations, Universities that provide FM education and FM related companies in Europe which is based in The Netherlands. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Malaysia-Europe Facilities Management Development Initiative (MyEFM), a leading FM movement in Malaysia since 2013. He serves as a Member in both Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Management as well as in the Malaysian Association of Facility Management (MAFM).
Pavi holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University Institute of European and International Studies (UNIES), Kerkrade, The Netherlands and a Certificate in Business Continuity Management. He is also a HRDF Certified Trainer (TTT17888) for adult learning.
Norman R Abrahamsen IEng, MIET, BIFM
Director of Consulting
An engineering-based Facilities Management Consultant with extensive experience in the financial, operations and contractual aspects of the FM elements of the public, private and charitable sectors.
Norman is an Ambassador and Mentor for BIFM and advisor on topics such as PPP having been the commercial FM Lead on the South Buckinghamshire NHS PFI.
For the past 16 years as a Director of Cfm,(UK based) a specialist Facilities Management consultancy, and more recently Director of Consulting of Maxwell Cfm International (KL based), Norman has been seconded into a number of commercial, public and charitable organisations to develop and install the Facilities Management departments while recruiting, mentoring the staff and installing the departmental infrastructure.
Director of Engineering
Mr. Shamsudin Bin Ishak was appointed as the Director of Engineering for Maxwell Cfm International Sdn Bhd on the 1st November 2018.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University College of Swansea, Wales.
Prior to joining Maxwell Cfm International, Mr. Shamsudin was the Head of KLCC Urusharta Sdn Bhd and was responsible to lead the FM for Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers and other real estate properties belonging to PETRONAS. He retired from KLCC Urusharta Sdn Bhd as the Head on 25 March 2018. He started his career as a Research Officer at Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) in 1981 before joining the Royal Engineering Corp of the Malaysian Armed Forces and retired as a Major from the service. After retirement, he joined as an Assistant Manager in Tooltronic Sdn Bhd and later as the Operation Manager at Subang Jaya Medical Centre. He joined KLCC Projeks Sdn Bhd in 1993 and was appointed as the General Manager of KLCC Projeks Sdn Bhd in 2000. In 2004, he was appointed as the General Manager of KLCC Urusharta Sdn Bhd and later became the Head of KLCC Urusharta Sdn Bhd in 2010. At the same time he was appointed as the Head of KLCC Parking Management Sdn Bhd until 2012.
Presently, Mr. Shamsudin is an Advisor and Director of several subsidiaries of KLCC Group of companies including KLCC Urusharta Sdn Bhd.
