Bespoke Training Workshops

Understanding of the operational methodology of an FM organization is the key to running a suitable for purpose, effective and efficient unit. Our training promotes and engenders the ability to see and successfully deal with the operation requirements of FM as they arise.
The ISO41001 Facility Management Standard Awareness Training is delivered in an intensive 2 day workshop where participants are taught and provided the rational of the standard and its requirements by its Co-Author – Arivagara Pavithran. The workshop is exercise driven and gives you the insight on how the standard drives performance and productivity in your FM organisation.
The approach for auditors training is slightly different than that of the awareness workshop. MCfm crafts the fine approach in auditing the FM Management System in a practical way which will help to continuously improve any weaknesses found in the quality of the organisation as well as maintain the certification.
